At House of Crystal, every order is carefully inspected and prepared before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases made through House of Crystal are considered final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and quantities before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Damage

House of Crystal takes great care in packaging every order. However, once an order has been shipped, damage caused by the carrier may be subject to carrier claims and our review process.

Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials if your order arrives damaged.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may be processed quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
